Meet Stayin' Olive, our bold extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Coratina olives, grown on our family estate in the heart of Puglia.

Cold-pressed, unfiltered and made in limited harvest, this is not a shy olive oil. It is intense, green, bitter and naturally peppery — exactly as Coratina should be.

It brings character, rhythm and a little southern attitude to everything it touches: from warm bread and bruschetta to pasta, vegetables, legumes, soups and grilled fish.

Coratina is one of Puglia’s most iconic olive varieties, loved for its strong personality, its bitter notes and its spicy finish. Stayin' Olive celebrates exactly that: an oil with depth, energy and funk.
